Why do these markers show up: :begin_tab:toc, :end_tab:, .. raw:: html, :file:

I installed d2l according to Installation.
On most pages i see markers like :begin_tab:toc, :end_tab:, … raw:: html, :file:

Is this supposed to be or am i missing an extension?
