This section is not clear and things are void.
For example, it says:
“Tagging and Parsing. This involves annotating a text sequence with attributes. In other words,
the number of inputs and outputs is essentially the same.”
Q: What are input and outputs here? Why is the number of inputs and outputs are the same?
