There is an KeyError when I create pytorch

In: conda create -n pytorch python=3.9
OUT:
WARNING conda.exceptions:print_unexpected_error_report(1216): KeyError(‘pkgs_dirs’)

I don’t know how can i solve this problem even i find it in GitHub. Please help me.
