Installation of Jax version.

I am having difficulty with the installation of Jax version.
The book suggests to install Jax 0.4.13 and Flax 0.7.0

However, installing Flax 0.7.0 after Jax 0.4.13 creates dependency conflicts.

Is there an updated install guide ?
